Wellington Aero Club
The Wellington Aero Club is a unique private airport community that has 248 homesites of approximately
one acre each located in the heart of Palm Beach County. Eighty-one homes have been built so far,
ranging from two hundred thirty thousand to well over a million dollars surround a 4000 foot
lighted grass runway.
A homeowner s association oversees the deed restrictions, architectural guidelines and maintenance of the grounds. A Club house. centrally located on Take-off Place, with TV, pool table, kitchen and game room can either be reserved for special occasions or use as often as you like.
